Our Story
Built by two locals who couldn't choose
Blackstone started with a question: why does ordering mean picking just one thing? Five years later, the answer fills two bars, a scratch kitchen and a whole lot of paddle boards.
The Owners
Gian & Bryanna Ranucci
Rhode Island natives with a soft spot for European cafe culture, Gian and Bryanna built Blackstone to feel like both at once: a morning espresso bar that turns into a martini bar by night. The food flight was their answer to every "what should we get?" argument since.
Everything is prepped to order from a scratch kitchen. The menu keeps growing because the regulars keep asking, and we keep saying yes.

The Family Grows
One idea, three rooms
What started in Coventry now pours in East Greenwich and Putnam too. Each room has its own personality; the flight boards travel everywhere.
- 01 Coventry, the original: coffee, martini bar and golf sim
- 02 East Greenwich: reserve a table
- 03 Putnam: reserve a table
